This 1990’s home had serious weather-tightness issues and was dated inside and out. Once we got into strip off the existing Hardies cladding, it became apparent that parts of the house had been leaking since day one.

This meant a significant amount of existing framing had to be replaced. We propped the house inside where required and with the full scaff and wrap it meant that we could get on with this with no delays and bring the house back to being structurally sound.

We installed new double glazed joinery, timber weatherboards and some feature shadow clad at the front of the house. A new front entry and a few layout changes were also made inside, a new ensuite, bathroom renovation, kitchen and flooring were also included in this home renovation project. Outside two new external hardwood decks were constructed that the clients can now enjoy the sunny afternoons on.

These homeowners were thrilled with the finished product.
