This house was built by Jared back when he was contracting to another good friend and owner of Biggs Construction, Prior to Jared starting Master Craft Construction.

The clients of this home were on a budget, being their first home. The plan was for them to move into the house once completed, leaving the landscaping and decks for a year or so until funds allowed.

Once the clients were ready they contacted Biggs, who at the time just couldn’t fit it in with the other construction projects they had on. So he kindly passed on my contact details, and we came through and completed the landscaping and final touches to this Auckland new build.

The final product included timber and keystone retaining walls, Vitex hardwood decking including a boardwalk to the front door which really put the finishing touches on this Architectural new build, giving the clients a wonderful indoor-outdoor flow and usable outdoor space they really enjoy using.
