The owners of this house purchased the property not too long ago and the house came with some plans almost complete to extend the building making use of the existing footprint. The new owners made a few design changes from what the previous owners had drawn up before being submitted to PBC for Building Consent.

Removing the roof over the downstairs Garage and adding another level above to add a new wing to the house which contained 3 double size bedrooms a new Bathroom as well as a new Laundry. The re-jig allowed for the master bedroom to be enlarged with a new large walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.

The clients stayed living in the home during construction.
We also replaced the majority of the timber joinery in the existing Kitchen and living area with double glazed aluminum to match the new extension.

The end result ties the new wing seamlessly into the existing building and looks fantastic inside and out.
