As part of the redevelopment of the Promenade building in Half Moon Bay Marina, we helped delivered a range of key construction works that  transform the venue into a stylish, coastal destination. Our scope included new custom joinery, upgraded internal guttering and cladding and a bespoke canopy that adds both character and function. We also built precast retaining walls and planter boxes, installed a new concrete walkway with handrails and completed all deck works from framing to laying. Together, these elements created a durable, welcoming space that flows seamlessly from the indoor areas to the outdoor dining deck, perfectly capturing the relaxed, vibrant lifestyle of East Auckland’s waterfront.
