What began as a classic 1970s Mediterranean villa has been transformed into a modern architectural statement. Our team at Master Craft construction carried out a full renovation from the ground up, carefully balancing the home’s solid structure with a completely new contemporary design.

The exterior was stripped back and reclad, giving the house a bold, modern façade with strong street presence. Inside, we redesigned the floor plan to introduce a brand new kitchen, extra living space, and completely rebuilt bathrooms. The bedrooms were fully refreshed, with bright, welcoming finishes that bring comfort and style to everyday living.

Outside, the transformation continued with a new concrete swimming pool and redesigned landscaping, turning the backyard into a resort style retreat.
