This home was originally built by Jared while he was contracting for a good friend, the owner of Biggs Construction – before he founded Master Craft Construction.

The clients were first home buyers working within a tight budget. The plan was to complete the house first, then tackle the landscaping and decking later once funds allowed.

When they were ready to move forward, they approached Biggs Construction, who unfortunately didn’t have capacity at the time due to other ongoing projects. Biggs kindly referred them to us and we stepped in to complete the landscaping and final touches on this Auckland new build.

The finished result included timber and Keystone retaining walls, Vitex hardwood decking and a boardwalk leading to the front door. These additions really elevated the architectural build, creating a seamless indoor – outdoor flow and providing the clients with a beautiful, functional outdoor space they now love using.
